The Office of the City Clerk is responsible for administering elections, issuing and renewing licenses, managing public records and providing administrative functions for elected officials. The department consists of a City Clerk, Deputy Clerk and two Administrative Assistants.

The City of Stoughton currently has one (1) Regular Class B Combination Liquor and Beer License available.
The first complete Class B Combination Liquor and Beer new application along with the $25 publication fee paid, will be considered for the application. Please submit application in person.
Please review the Alcohol License Checklist to insure you have completed every form necessary to be considered.
